Refund and Returns

At Micro-TechShop.live, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As we deal with digital products and software license keys, our refund and return policy is structured accordingly.


1. 30-Day Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The software license has not been redeemed or activated.

  • You request the refund via email to support@micro-techshop.live within the 30-day window.

  • Proof of non-activation (if applicable) may be required to validate the request.


2. No Refund After Activation

Due to the nature of digital license keys:

  • Once a license key is redeemed/activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Activation keys are single-use and become permanently linked to the device or account they were activated on.


3. License Replacement Policy

If you receive a license key that:

  • Does not work,

  • Is invalid, or

  • Cannot be activated due to a technical issue,

Please contact us at support@micro-techshop.live within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, provide a free replacement.


4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or request a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@micro-techshop.live

  2. Include your order number, email used during purchase, and the issue

  3. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours


5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Micro-TechShop.live.

  • We do not refund due to customer error (e.g., purchasing the wrong product) once the license is redeemed.

  • Replacements will only be issued after internal verification.
